Lamb chops calabrese
Instructions
Heat 8 tablespoons of olive oil in casserole and bake 1 to 15 minutes chopped onion with parsley, peppers deprived of petiole, seeds and reduced to chunks, peeled and sliced tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper.
Saute in 1 pan with the olive oil and then dip the chops in the pan with the vegetables.
Adjust salt and pepper, leaving season for 5 minutes.

- 100 g of green olives
