Baked chops
Instructions
Slice the Turkey breasts and beat them with a meat tenderizer.
Pass the slices in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry the chops in butter, they are golden and cooked, season with salt.
Place them in a buttered baking dish, arrange on each cutlet with a slice of ham, spolverizzarle with Parmesan and sprinkle with butter flakes.
Move the chops in hot oven until the butter is melted and the Parmesan.

- 4 turkey breasts
- 100 g of ham
- 120 g of butter
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
