Artichoke cutlets alla siciliana
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, remove outer leaves, boil them and slice them.
Prepare a white sauce with butter, flour, milk; incorporate the Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
When is lukewarm incorporate the egg yolk.
Place the slices of artichokes and let it sit for a long time.
Revise the slices in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and FRY.
