Leek cutlets
Instructions
Clean the leeks and discard the green part.
Burned for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze well.
Cut them to length and pass them in the flour.
Dip them in beaten egg with a pinch of salt and then pass them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the leeks in plenty of hot oil and serve hot.
