Baked anchovies
Instructions
Peel and wash the anchovies.
Prepare a mixture with oil and butter, and chopped onions, garlic, parsley and basil.
In a baking dish, alternate layers of sauce and anchovies, subject to availability of ingredients.
Finish with a layer of anchovies, cover with bread crumbs.
Seasoned with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

- 4 red onion of tropea
- 5 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Parsley
- Basil
