Instructions
Clean the mussels under running water grattandole with the blade of a knife, let them drain, place on a baking sheet and put them in the oven already warm so as to make them open.
Once open, throw away the empty shell and arrange the full portion on a baking tray.
Chop garlic and parsley and sprinkle the mussels, flavored with a pinch of salt, pepper and oregano.
Sprayed all the mussels with a few drops of oil and then cover with the bread crumbs.
Place a grill in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
This appetizer should be served hot.
