Mussels au gratin with green peas
Instructions
Open the mussels with olive oil.
Saute garlic, add 2 handfuls breadcrumbs, Brown and add the parsley.
Fill the mussels, add a dash of olive oil and bake at 250 degrees for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté the onion, add the peas, anchovies, passed, salt and finish cooking.

- 1 clove of garlic
