Instructions
Boil the milk with the vanilla.
Reduce to dust the amaretti.
Put 30 g in a Cup, perfuming them with cinnamon and rum.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, stirring to combine the starch, the remaining macaroons and, little by little, the milk.
Cook on a low heat, stirring, to obtain a smooth cream.
Turn off the heat and add the chocolate pieces.
Pour into Bowl and let cool.

- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tablespoons potato starch =
- 100 cl of milk
- 130 g of amaretti biscuits
- Vanillin
- Cinnamon
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 125 g of chocolate
- 150 g of sweet whipped cream
- Rum
