Rum cream
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour, a little at a time, the boiled milk.
Put the mixture on low heat and stir until it thickens, then add the butter.
Place in bowls the ladyfingers soaked in rum and when the cream is cold versarvela to cover them.
Garnish with almonds.

- 3 egg yolks
- 75 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
