Instructions
Chop red pepper, onion and carrot and put them in a pan with the butter, 1 bay leaf and a little thyme and sauté.
Join the shrimps, salt and pepper.
After 5 minutes add 1 glass of rum and let it evaporate.
Pour 1/2 glass of wine and cook.
Dilute the flour in the broth, add the shrimps with cream over head so as not to form lumps and cook stirring often bring.
