Raspberry cream to white wine
Instructions
Clean with damp cloth 1 raspberries, keep aside 150 g and put those left in the Blender jar.
Combine wine, lemon juice, sugar and vanillin; mix everything together, obtaining a smooth cream.
Break it up into 4 bowls and sprinkle the whole raspberries kept aside.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until serving.

- 450 g of raspberries
- 20 cl of sweet white wine
- 100 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
