Gooseberry cream
Instructions
Wash the gooseberries and rinse it in white wine.
Place in a saucepan with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Soak the ladyfingers in rum.
Sifting through the gooseberry and Lady fingers wet.
Stir the mixture, add a pinch of cinnamon and cream.
Mix the cream, break it up into 4 tall glasses and keep in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

- 500 g of gooseberry
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of biscuits savoiardi
- White wine
- 3 tablespoons of rum
- Honey
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup of thick cream
