Ice cream
Instructions
Beat egg yolks well with sugar, then add the flour (or starch) and loose with milk.
Divide the mixture in half.
With one half in a saucepan becomes the cream as usual, stirring constantly and letting it cook at least 10 minutes.
You take a mold, it puts a bit of liqueur and pour the boiling cream and then put in a bowl of cold water.
The other half you add cocoa and Cook as before.
Then pour into the mold over the first cream and leave to cool until it is time to bring it to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of boiled milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of potato starch (or flour)
- Little of cognac
- Lemon zest
- Wine rosolio
