Yummy coconut cream
Instructions
Boil the milk, add the dried coconut, switch off and let flavour milk for about half an hour, then strain it, squeezing coconut well to extract its juice.
In a saucepan, using an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks with sugar until a thick cream and clear.
Then join gradually filtered milk and cook the cream in a double boiler until thickened, then remove from heat and refrigerate mixing often with a wooden spoon.
Spread the cream into four bowls and garnish with Caramel or with very little melted chocolate.
Place the cups in the refrigerator until serving.

- 4 egg yolks
- 125 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 150 g of dried grated coconut
- 4 tablespoons of caramel syrup
