Grilled Eel (Anguilla in Gratella)
Instructions
Wash the eel, dry it and cut it into pieces of 6 cm.
In a bowl beat 4 tablespoons oil with the brandy, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Pour this marinade on anguilla, combine garlic and Bay leaves and leave to stand for 3 hours.
Drain the pieces of eel and cook on hot grill for 15 minutes, turning them until they gently and irrorandoli with the marinade.
Serve very hot.

- 1 anguilla from 1000 g peeled and cleaned
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 1 leaf of laurel
- White pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
