Crepes with amaretti
Instructions
Prepare the batter for crepes with the dose above and applying the substitution with cream, also add finely crushed amaretti, attention to the density now, if that is the case you can proceed with the addition, if too thick add a little more liqueur.
These crepes are good served simply sprinkled with icing sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the batter:
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of flour
- 12 cl of lukewarm milk
- 12 cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dram of rum
- For the filling of 12 crepes:
- 50 g of crushed amaretti biscuits
- 25 g of icing sugar
