Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, milk and prepare a batter.

Beat egg and embed to the batter.

Grease a non-stick pan with a drop of oil, and pour a spoonful of batter.

Brown and continue until you finish batter.

Arrange the fruit in a bowl cut and embed the yoghurt, orange juice and cinnamon.

Pour the fruit sauce on hot crepes and roll up.
