Crepes with bananas
Instructions
Prepare the batter for crepes and add mashed bananas, make the crepes and then serve with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the batter:
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of flour
- 25 cl of lukewarm milk
- 1 dram of rum
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the filling of 12 crepes:
- 25 g of icing sugar
- 2 very ripe bananas
