Crepes with apples (3)
Instructions
Prepare the crepes and keep them on top of each other in the heat.
Put in a saucepan, a glass of water, sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, lemon juice, filtered to the colander and a bit of rind very thin cut to avoid the bitter white skin underneath.
Bring to the boil and simmer a few minutes over high heat.
When the mixture has become syrupy, remove the lemon peel, add apples, peeled and cut into cubes, mix and cook caramel pinwheels.
Remove the Pan from the fire.
The stuffed crepes with Apple mixture, roll them up but do not overtighten.
Align the crepes on the serving dish.
Serve warm.

- 500 g of apples
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
