Crepes of borraggine
Instructions
Blanch the borraggine, blend together with scamorza cheese, a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Prepare the crepes and roll up with borraggine filling.
Finish cooking in the oven for 8 minutes, sprinkling with cheese.

- 1/2 bundle of borraggine
- 1 egg
- 50 g of flour
- 40 g of scamorza cheese
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
