Orange Tart (Crostata di Arance)
Instructions
Butter and flour one springform to 24 cm in diameter, covered with dough, cover it with aluminum foil and dried beans and place in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Caramelize a few tablespoons of sugar with a little water, put the rind of 1/2 Orange, cut into fillets, then allow to cool on a plate oiled.
Spread on a layer of Jam Tart and garnish with sliced oranges, lime fillets and the Peel.

- 500 g of short pastry
- 3 oranges
- Orange marmalade
- 1 bit of candied citron
- Sugar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Butter
