Instructions
Thaw the dough according to package instructions then lined a buttered and floured.
Sprinkle the dough with 3/4 of Amaretto, distributed over figs peeled and divided into quarters.
Cover them with the remaining macaroons and spray them with rum.
Bake the pie in the oven for 30 minutes at 1900.
Stir the egg yolk and sugar to the whipped cream and pour the mixture over the figs.
Put the Pan in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve garnished the dish with figs, washed and cut into quarters.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of frozen shortcrust pastry
- 500 g of ripe fresh figs
- 300 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 10 cl of fresh whipped cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 40 g of sugar
- Butter
- Flour
