Instructions

Spread thawed dough, place it in a buttered, a fork with a fork, cover with a sheet of greaseproof paper, fill with dried beans, bake in hot oven and allow to cool.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, flour and milk (see recipe for preparing cream) and thicken.

Pour the cream in tart and serve with slices of tangerines.

Serve.
