Tart with rose and berries
Instructions
Knead white flour 400 g with 100 g of honey, 50 sugar, 4 eggs, a sachet of baking powder the petals of roses, cut into strips, a hint of flowers of erica and 2 glasses of milk.
Knead the dough, pour it into a greased with butter and flour spolveratelo.
Infornatelo for half an hour at moderate heat, then remove the cake to cool.
Prepare a mixture of peaches, cherries, strawberries, melons, flowers of erica and juice of lemon and orange, petals of rosa canina, a glass of white wine and one of maraschino.
Decorated with strawberries and cherries and put in the oven for 15 minutes; then let cool for at least 3 hours.
