Tagliolini pasta with tart dried fruit
Instructions
Roll out the pastry and line a pie dish possibly opening circle.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with sugar and butter, add the noodles, fruit, nutmeg and mix well.
Pour over pastry, cover with damp paper and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove the paper and cook for 5 minutes to Brown the surface.
Serve lukewarm.

- 500 g of short pastry
- 200 g of fresh tagliolini
- 200 g of dehydrated fruit
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g of melted butter
- Nutmeg
