Apple Tart (Crostatina di Mele)
Instructions
Defrost the pastry, pulling it out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes prior to use.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling and then carefully rinse the apples, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
In a pan, melt the sugar and add the apples.
Let them caramelize cuocendole over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
Then, raise the heat and drizzle with rum and stirring, let evaporate the alcohol.
Then, cool the mixture and place in each mould.
Add the honey and almonds cut in thin slivers and serve.
