Shrimp appetizers
Instructions
Clean the prawns and boil them.
Cook the oysters in water with a tablespoon of oil, an onion, a carrot, celery, parsley and a pinch of salt.
Shelled shrimp, keeping aside bigger and then remove the oyster from the shell.
Smaller shrimp mince with the oyster, a clove of garlic, a carrot and parsley.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Place the mixture in the oyster shell disponendoci around the scampi grossi, left whole and garnished with mayonnaise and gelatin.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours and then serve.
