Barny crostini
Instructions
Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut them in half.
Separately, in a non-stick pan, toast for about 5 minutes the bacon, then, in the same pan, along with the cooking fat, Brown the slices of bread.
Next, arrange the crostini on a baking tray greased with butter and sprinkle with Bacon, pine nuts and grated mozzarella.
Bake for about 5-7 minutes and serve immediately.
Great to eat in one bite and ideal for a dinner standing up or with aperitifs.

- 8 slices bread
- 300 g of diced bacon
- 300 g of chopped mozzarella
- Butter
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
