Crostini with anchovies
Instructions
Cut the cheese into slices and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the bread in the same format as the cheese and place on a skewer, alternating, a slice of bread and mozzarella, pressandole to fill the spit.
Arrange the skewers on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for about twenty minutes, occasionally with brushed with melted butter.
In a small frying pan, saute the remaining butter with the two anchovies pounded; stretch with just boiling milk and pour this sauce on skewers arranged in a dish is hot service.
Serve immediately.

- 2 anchovies, cleaned and de-boned
