Instructions
Clean well the beans and boil them in salted water, drain them holding aside a little of the cooking water and put them in a salad bowl.
Add the mushrooms and thinly sliced nicely cleaned, and then the diced tomato.
Sent by depriving of parsley stems, finely, add tritatelo to the mayonnaise and softened with two tablespoons of cooking water of green beans.
Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.

- 200 g of fresh mushrooms
- 300 g of tender green beans
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 100 g of mayonnaise ready
- Salt
