Red onion crostini
Instructions
Cut the onions into very thin slices and put them in a pan on low heat with a knob of butter until completely softened turning continuously because it must not stick or roast.
Prepare a little light bechamel (nut broth instead of milk).
Add the sauce to the onion and put on slices of bread fried in the oven earlier.
Don't let cool too is good to serve warm crostini.

- 2 red tropea onions
- Some nuts of butter
- Flour
