Tuna appetizer
Instructions
Boil the peas in salted water for 8 minutes, drain and toss with oil.
Place the chopped tuna on a serving platter, season with oil and lemon juice and garnish with peas, hard boil eggs, shelled and cut into wedges and Roasted Peppers, peeled and cut into strips.
Put in refrigerator before serving.

- 300 g of frozen peas
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 red pepper
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
