Tuna and basil crostini
Instructions
Private the crust slices of bread, put them in the egg previously slammed with a pinch of salt and fry them in a pan with plenty of olive oil.
Next, place the bread slices on absorbent paper and in the meantime, prepare the seasoning.
Carefully wash the tomato and onion and mince them very finely, then pour into a bowl where you will add the drained tuna, chopped basil, salt, a goccino of olive oil and stir until mixture is smooth.
Finally, cut into triangles and fried slices of bread and pour the mixture on each.
Add salt and serve.

- 4 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 120 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 1 scallion
- Some of basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt
