Russian toasts
Instructions
Cut the bread into slices about half a centimetre.
Slightly wet the slices in milk, then place on top of each slice of ham and a thin cheese and cover with another slice of bread prepared similarly.
Bound on the cross with a thin wire, passed in beaten egg and FRY in hot oil.
Remove the wires and serve on a warmed platter.

- 1 pack of bread
- == 1 whole egg
- 25 cl of milk
- 50 g of ham
- 60 g of fontina cheese
- Olive oil
