Eggplant croutons
Instructions
Cook the Eggplant for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, FRY in a little oil the minced onion.
Peel the eggplant, cut it into pieces and pass in a blender.
Add the Eggplant to the cream sauce, wet with white wine, add salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
Spread toasted bread with cheese, cover with eggplants and passed in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

- 4 slices of toast
- Brie cheese
- 1 onion
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup of white wine
