Instructions

Cut the mozzarella into slices rather high (you will need to create 4 from each mozzarella).

Dissolve a pinch of salt and a big ground pepper with a few tablespoons of oil.

Put the bread in a single layer and sprinkle others with the prepared sauce.

Cover with slices of mozzarella.

Put on each crostone 2 anchovy fillets and a cross.

Serve immediately.
