The gouda sliced bread crostoni
Instructions
Grate the Gouda in a bowl, mix in the flour, milk and a pinch of salt, then stir the eggs, one at a time, and baking soda.
Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture is creamy.
Spread half of the mixture on the slices of bread, then spread the rest at the center of each crostone.
Do heat to heat the oil in a large casserole and top edges, put into the slices of bread, cheese, and let them cook for 5-6 minutes.
Turn the slices and let them Brown even on the other side for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the pan with a perforated scoop and put them on a sheet of paper towel, so they lose excess grease.
Garnish the toast with a few slices of tomato and a pickle cut out, sprinkle with a little salt and paprika and serve.

- 8 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of milk

- 3 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 8 pickles
