Hearts of lettuce with herbs
Instructions
Peel, wash and dry the lettuce hearts, divide them into four and place in a salad bowl.
In a bowl, put a teaspoon of mustard, dilute with a splash of vinegar, add salt and pepper and then, stirring constantly, pour flush as much oil as required to obtain a mixture is smooth and fluid.
