Banana and ham antipasto
Instructions
Peel the bananas and marinatele for about 20 minutes in lemon juice.
Then, pour the coconut flour on a plate, add salt, pepper and grated lemon peel and roll the bananas.
Soon after, put them with ham slices and put them in the oven already warm for about 5 minutes to 240 degrees.
Serve warm.

- 4 green bananas
- 150 g of sliced ham
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Coconut flour
