Appetizer artichokes with bacon
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, thinly riducili and immergili in water and lemon juice.
Cut the bacon into strips.
Make warm over heat a non-stick pan and add the bacon to the grill for 3-4 minutes.
Cut the cheese into strips, then prepare the seasoning with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, parsley and put it on the artichokes and mix well.
Add to other ingredients artichokes (the browned Bacon and pecorino) only when serving at the table.

- 2 artichokes
- 40 g of bacon cut thin
- 35 g of semi seasoned pecorino cheese
- 20 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
