Lamb curry
Instructions
Cut the lamb into small cubes.
Wash and chop the onions with the garlic.
Do fry the mince with the oil and add the ginger, flavouring powders and a pinch of salt.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin wedges and merge them to fried together with the lamb.
Add a ladle of hot water and let Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, sprinkle with garam masala, stir well and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Before serving add salt and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of lamb boneless breast
- 3 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of potato
- 1 piece of fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of powdered coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon of powdered cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 5 cloves
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom seed
- 2 teaspoons of garam masala
- Water
- Variety of seed oil
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
