Veal curry
Instructions
Saute the meat into 3 tablespoons of oil, then sgocciolarla and keep it warm.
Peel and slice the apples, then let them Cook together with onions in 1 saucepan with oil and butter for 4 minutes.
Combine the curry powder and 1 tablespoon of flour and, after a few minutes, Laurel and 20 cl of broth and cook 15 minutes.
Combine browned meat and coconut milk, season with salt and cook for 1 hour over low heat, until meat is tender.

- 1000 g of diced veal stew
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 2 sour apples
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 tablespoons of curry
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Laurel
- Salt
- 20 cl of broth
- 25 cl of coconut milk
