Dartois to mushrooms
Instructions
Let thaw the puff pastry at room temperature.
Mince the shallot and onion and brown them in a pan with a large knob of butter and oil; Add the mushrooms, cleaned and coarsely chopped and good flavour.
Add salt, pepper and sprinkled with lemon juice.
Stir and simmer until the water emitted spontaneously by mushrooms has dried almost completely.
At this point, add the cream and the remaining butter, mixing well.
On floured work surface roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into discs of this 10 cm in diameter.
Place in the center of each a couple of spoonfuls of mushrooms, a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and fold in half, pressing the edges so that you do not open during cooking.
Brush the dartois with yolk, allineateli on a damp oven and cook at medium heat (220 degrees) for 15 minutes.
