Instructions

Cut each Apple into 8 wedges, without peeling and remove the core; then cut the cloves in half by cutting horizontally, spray them with the lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes.

Wrap means cloves drained with the slices of bacon cut in half horizontally.

Strung on a wooden skewer a piece of Apple, a chive, another piece of Apple and finally the olive.

Diluted the mayonnaise with the juice of half a lemon, chives and parsley, trimmed, washed and chopped and the horseradish.
