Delight to the macaroons
Instructions
Melt the butter in a double boiler and add sugar, stirring thoroughly.
Add the chocolate and amaretti crumbs, working fine.
Together, stirring always, yolks of eggs, the flour dropped from yeast and sieved egg whites very firm snow mounted previously.
Pour the mixture into a buttered Cake Pan and cook in the oven at moderate temperature.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 100 g of flour
- 200 g of granulated sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 60 g of grated dark chocolate
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla baking powder
