Instructions
Wash the strawberries in cold water, deprive of the petiole and let them drain well in a sieve.
Wash and dry apricots, Peel and cherries, then pass through a sieve or blender to reduce them in mashed.
Do heat slightly and add the honey apricot puree, stirring well.
Let cool, then flavored the mixture with the liqueur nocino and kirsch.
Spread ice cream now (bought ready or prepared according to the recipe) in four cups diced modeled (the cut with a wet knife).
Ice cream put strawberries and apricot puree.
Serve immediately.
