Orange delights
Instructions
Cut the fillets orange peels and remove the white part.
Soften for 2 hours covered.
Put them in a pan to moderate fire until they are dry and blend.
Put on the heat and add the cream, stirring until sugar is dissolved (must not caramelize).
Merge into strips and almonds pine nuts and stir until the sugar cakes.
Compound make piles and place them on a dish cloth.
Allow to cool.

- 100 g of orange peels
- 150 g of cane
- 50 g of almond
- 50 g of pine nuts
