Salmon appetizer
Instructions
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, with irrorarli lemon juice and place in a salad bowl with the salmon into strips and the pepper flakes.
Stir and season with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise mixed with ketchup.
Garnish with the chopped parsley.
Follow by a risotto to the sailor.

- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
