Instructions

Hard boil the eggs, cut the bottom by pulling out the yolk.

Mix the egg yolks with mustard, butter and chopped capers.

Fill each egg with this dough.

Apart from the Golden slices of bread in butter, drain and place on a tray where you will support for every slice of bread an egg.

Garnish with leaves of soncino.
