Strawberry dessert
Instructions
Wash the strawberries and cut them in half; chop the pineapple and add to strawberries.
Work the mascarpone cream with sugar to taste, add a shot of rum and a few tablespoons of cream.
Divide the fruit into 4 individual cups, cover with cream, dust sides with nutmeg and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of strawberries
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 1 dram of rum
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- A few tablespoons of cream
